AILET 2018 Form, Exam Date, Notification, Eligibility

AILET 2018 Notification– All India Law entrance test which is conduct every year by NLU, Delhi. The candidate who wish to do B.A, L.L.B, L.L.M, And Ph.D. courses from NLU, Delhi. They can apply for this exam. The registration will start from the month of January 2018 and will close in the month of April 2018.

The exam will be held in the month of May 2018 and result with cut-off list come in the first week of June 2018. Before all of this candidate need to know so many compulsory things for appearing in AILET 2018. AILET 2018 Eligibility

Each and every candidate knows this if you are eligible then you can apply for the exam, otherwise NLU can reject your exam form. The candidate must know all eligibility standard of AILET 2018 exam.Here we are providing details regarding eligibility standard of AILET 2018. For the various courses, NLU has different eligibility. So here you can find eligibility according to courses.

B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Course-

Minimum Marks: The applicant must get at least 50% marks in AILET.
Age Criteria: The Candidate must be below 20 years as on 1 July 2018.
Qualifying Exam: The Candidate necessary to qualify 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.       Appearing Candidates:  In the case of Appearing competitor at the selection time, the candidate needs to show their passing documents to university.

 LL.M. Course

Minimum Marks:  55% score in aggregate for general category and  (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates).

Qualifying Exam: The candidate should pass the LL.B. from a recognized university.

Appearing Candidates: The final year of LL.B. candidate can also eligible to apply. But In The case of selection, the candidate needs to show their passing documents to university.

Ph.D. Course eligibility

Minimum Marks: 55%(General category) marks and  (50% marks for reserved categories like ST/SC)

Qualifying Exam: The Candidate should hold the master’s degree in Law from the recognized university.

Age Limit Of AILET 2018:  For PG courses no age lime yet define by NLU.

 AILET 2018 English Syllabus- Comprehension, Passages, Synonyms, Antonyms, Choosing correct words, Idioms, Phrases, Jumble words, Sentences, Fill in the blanks and many more things will come in English section. English section has 35 questions in the AILET 2018.

AILET 2018 General knowledge Syllabus- History, Geography, General Science, Economics, Civics. GK(General Knowledge) section has 35 problems in the AILET 2018.

AILET 2018 Maths Syllabus – Profit and loss, Speed and distance, Time and distance, Time and work, Algebra, Average, Permutation & combination, Venn diagrams. Maths part has problems from 10 to 12 level of class and has only 10 questions.

AILET 2018 Legal Aptitude Syllabus –  Candidate needs to find from true and false conditions 35 puzzles according to set of data and answer. For Legal Aptitude, the candidate must have knowledge about -The study of law, Research aptitude, Problem-solving ability.

AILET 2018 Logical Reasoning-  The applicants will be judged on problems and answers from paragraphs whereas the reasoning problems will be drafted on the provided paragraphs. From this 35 question will face by the candidate.

AILET 2018 Exam Pattern

Duration of exam:  90 minutes duration time for the exam.

Number of Questions: 150 (MCQ) problems will be there in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), for  LL.M. course, will be 100 MCQ question and 1 essay type question on the law.

Type of questions: Multiple Choice Questions(MCQ) type exam paper. The candidate will face 150 MCQ for B.A, LL.B,(Hons) And for LL.M course candidate need to face  100 MCQ and one essay type question.

Total marks: The each question has one mark for AILET exam. 150 questions for 150 marks.

Marking scheme: The candidate gets one mark as per correct answer.

Negative marking: no negative marking for AILET 2018.

AILET 2018 Application Form and Fee

The candidate can register them self from the first week of the first week of January 2018. for registration, the candidate needs to go on official website of AILET  where you need to fill necessary details for the form and need to pay the Application fee. After paying the application fee for AILET 2018, the candidate will get an email about the confirmation of registration for AILET 2018.

Application Fee:

Applicants can pay the application fee by online mode. The application fee for general candidates is Rs. 3000 and for SC/ST and Persons with Disability candidates Rs.1000.  Applicants can pay the fee through an online gateway of net banking/credit card/debit card.
