AP TET 2019 Eligibility Criteria

  • The minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years.
  • The maximum age of the candidates must be 40 years.
  • The candidate must pass the Intermediate class from Andhra Pradesh Board of Secondary Education.
  • Applicant must have the degree of graduation from one of the recognized universities of India

Application form and Fee

The authorities will accept the AP TET 2019 application form until last date only. After the last date, no application form will be accepted by them in any circumstances. Therefore, application forms must be filled within the schedules frame of time only. The application fees for the application form of AP Teachers Eligibility Test is INR 250. The candidates have to pay the application fees via online mode. Candidates can pay the application fees through internet banking, credit card and debit card and it must be paid within the schedule frame of time only.

Syllabus and Pattern for AP TET 2019

The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 will have 2 papers and there will be multiple choice questions for both paper-I and paper-II whereas each paper will be of 150 marks. The AP TET 2019 Paper-I is for the primary level teacher (Class I- Class V) & the Paper-II is for the upper primary level teacher (Class VI to VIII). Update on Andhra Pradesh TET 2019 is that all the private school teachers also have to pass the Andhra Pradesh Teacher’s Eligibility Test. And the Human Resources Development Ministry has ordered all the state government to implement this rule as soon as possible. The Central Government is working to increase the education level of all the students. And thus first they want to increase the qualification of the teachers for the class 1st to class 8th.

The conducting authority of Andhra Pradesh will announce the result and cut-off marks and upload it on its official website.
