JEE MAIN 2018 IMPORTANT DATES AND CUT-OFF MARKS

All the students who are appearing in 12th standard are having a very crucial time. So, its necessary for them to plan according to the time left for the examination. In this article, we will make you aware of the important dates of JEE MAINS 2018 (expected) examination for both the papers, paper-1 and paper-2. So, all the PCM students mark these dates in your calendar and then plan and study according to that. The official confirmation from CBSE is yet to be made on these dates but these dates can be the important dates for all the events. So, the expected dates  for JEE MAIN 2018 are:

1- Application form release 2nd December 2017
2- Application form close 1st January 2018
3- Image correction facility 9th December 2018(onwards)
4- Last date for fee payment 2nd January 2018
5- Correction of Aadhaar  details 23rd January 2018
6- Release of Admit card 14th March 2018
7- JEE Main offline exam (Pen and Paper based exam) 8th April 2108
8- JEE Main online exam(computer-based exam) 15th and 16th April 2018
9- Display of answer key and OMR sheet 18th-20th April 2018
10- Result declaration(paper-1) 30thth April 2018
11- Declaration of All India Rank for JEE Main (paper-2) Last week of May
12- Counselling schedule 1st week of July 2018

JEE Main 2018 Updates

This year, the JEE Main exam will be conducted on 8th April 2018 (offline) and 15th & 16th April for online mode. An important change has been made in the rank deciding pattern. This year in rank deciding 12th marks will not be calculated. But you need to score minimum 75% marks in the 12th class to become eligible for admissions to IITs, NITs and other institutions.

JEE MAIN 2018 CUT-OFF

JEE Main 2018 cut-off marks for paper-1 will be released by CBSE through online mode only. Cut-Off marks depends on various factors like difficulty level of paper, number of students appeared in the exam. All the students should score marks more than the cut-off marks for qualifying the paper-1 of JEE Main 2018, so, students needed to score at least equal to cut-off marks. And the marks are as follows:-

JEE MAIN 2018 RESULT

Results of these examinations are not decided yet but the result of JEE main is expected to be announced in the last week of April and the result of paper 2 , that is for B.Arch. is expected to be declared by the end of May i.e. last week of May whereas the counselling should be take place in the first week of July 2018. If the student qualifies the JEE MAIN examination, then he/she will eligible for JEE advanced.

    SIR, PLEASE CONFIRM IF AADHAAR CARD IS REQUIRED FOR NRI STUDENTS TO APPLY FOR JEE MAIN IN THE YEAR 2018. PASSPORT DETAILS WERE SUFFICIENT IN 2017.

    I belong to general…

    Sir pls mujhe ye bta dijiye…. Ki mujhe IIT ki taiyari karni chahiye ya nhi…

    Kyuki general me cut off to 75% hota h…..

    Or syad abki 71% ho gya h Lekin up board walo ke liye ….

    To kya sir min. cut off for general 75 hi rahega…for CBSE students
