Bachelor of Law is an undergraduate program which is popularly called as LLB. LLB is just an abbreviation used to denote Bachelor of Law. Eligibility

The basic eligibility criteria to apply for LLB is candidates must be graduates in any discipline. Therefore, candidates must have completed any one of the course: B.A., B. Sc. and B. Com. However, there is a criterion for the minimum marks obtained in graduation too. The candidates must have obtained the minimum of 45% marks in graduation. There is no limit on age. There is also the entrance test in some colleges.

Candidates who are applying for the admission in law colleges can get admission either in two ways. Some colleges in the country conduct the entrance exam for admission whereas some colleges consider only marks obtained in Bachelor’s Degree for admission. Some of the entrance tests are CLAT, LSAT, All India Law Entrance Test and Law Common Entrance Test. The application forms are filled either in the month of March or April. Either they are filled through online mode or offline mode.
