The Master of Performing Arts is a postgraduate degree in the discipline of music, film, drama, and dance. Generally, the course is completed in 2 years however, there are some universities which offer a course for 3 years. Basically, the course includes Theatre Management, Design, and Direction, Basics of Designs, Styles of Acting, Theory and Practice of Direction and Play Production.


Interested candidates must have the degree of Graduation. The degree of graduation must be obtained from any of the recognized universities of India. Although, those candidates who are having any experience in theatre or you can say in any of the performing arts will surely have an extra advantage and preference in admission procedure.
