The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) came into existence in 1961. The NTSE is basically a scholarship test for class 10th to Ph.D. level. NTSE 2018 Important Dates
As the NTSE 2018-19 Official Notification & Schedule is released hance here we are providing you the official important dates. As per the NTSE 2018 Official Schedule, the Scholarship Stage-I Exam will be held on 3rd November 2018 in Nagaland, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Andaman and Nicobar Island, on 4th November 2018 in All other States/UTs & on 18th November 2018 in West Bengal. Syllabus & Exam Pattern For NTSE 2018

The NCERT organizes the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) in two tests i.e. Mental Ability Test (MAT) & Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and both MAT & SAT will be 50 marks each. The total number of questions in NTSE 2018 Exam will be 100, total marks will be 100 & the time duration for this scholarship exam will be 90 minutes.

NTSE 2019 Result & Cut-off Marks
The authorized authority of NCERT, will announce the National Talent Search Examination/ NTSE 2018-19 Result. All the students who will qualify the NTSE 2018-19 Exam they will get the scholarship amount i.e. Rs 1250/- per month of class 11th & class 12th students, Rs 2000/- per month for UG & PG students & scholarship amount for Ph.D. students will be in accordance to UGC Norms.
